 How to improve your self-esteem and confidence



The reason we succeed in our lives, earn money, and achieve our goals is all because of our self-esteem.

Self-esteem is something important to every human being, and if they don't have it, they will be stressed. Because they think less of themselves, it's hard to do anything.

First of all, you have to believe in yourself and have faith in yourself, and then only others will believe you. Belief is a very powerful thing. 

We should always keep our self-esteem high.

Tips for how to improve your self-esteem

Self-acceptance

for example, When we have more pimples on our faces, our self-esteem decreases, and we have low confidence. 

We are very hesitant to talk to others when we go out. Even if our parents and friends convince us, we will not accept it. We buy unnecessary creams to get rid of those pimples and apply them to our faces, but the pimples don't go away. 

The reason is that some people can get pimples because of their teenage years. Teenage acne doesn't go away quickly. So, accept it and move on; this is called self-acceptance. 

 But we don't accept everything. If you're feeling overweight, you can exercise, eat a healthy diet, and reduce weight. You can change these. 

We can change everything except a few things, for example. If you are short, then there is nothing you can do to get taller, and this is probably due to genetics. You have to accept things.

You shouldn't lose your self-esteem because I'm short and black, and I have acne on my face. You have to accept yourself the way you are, and you have to love yourself.

If you are more confident, some people will impress you.

There are generally two types of people: kind people and aggressive people.

Kind people

These types of people are always calm, regardless of what happens to them, and will do whatever others want them to do. For example, if you are a kind person let's say you're standing in a queue and another person comes and stands in front of you. you will not scold him; you will scold him in your mind and silence.

 These types of people will not say no to others and will do whatever they are told.

Aggressive people

This type of people will do whatever they want, and they don't care if other people get upset because of it. for example, If someone comes in the middle while they are standing in the queue, they scold them and send them out. They don't care what others think.

If you are a kind person, you will be used by others, and you will not be able to live your life. If you are an aggressive person, you will live by hurting others, and others will not like you.

So you should not be these two types of people



You must be an assertive person. 

This type of person will not hurt others and will handle what they want patiently. For example, when they go to a restaurant and eat a meal, if the food is not good, they will patiently call the waiter and tell them that, this food is not good, so give them another food. 

They will do what they need patiently.

 When you are an assertive person, your self-esteem and confidence are high. This type of person will do what they want without hurting others.
