4 Morning Habits for a Successful Life
Most people snooze and go back to sleep when the alarm rings in the morning. But businessmen athletes and Hardworking people are adopting certain habits that enhance their brains, hearts, minds, and souls.
Some of the most successful people in the world are: Rock
Jackson, Richard Nixon, and America's old President, Barack Obama Follow these
four habits.
Learning good habits can be difficult at first. The habit
becomes easier for us when we try it over and over again.
Drinking water after
waking up in the morning is a very good thing, as we can feel our body fresh by
doing this. So we should do this habit daily, and then we should listen to good
affirmations.
When we hear positive affirmations, our thoughts are
positive. Through this, we can achieve what we want, and thus, we can live a
successful life.
Adopting a good diet is also a good habit that can make our
lives better. A healthy diet is rich in vegetables, fruits, greens, and
meat.
It is better to stop our old habit of eating out so much and adopt the new habit of eating more at home
Morning habits are beneficial for us our brain is fresh in the morning then any work we do is easier so we should make it a habit to work in the morning.
So let's get started. What
should we do after waking up at 5:00 a.m.?
using the 20 / 20 / 20 formula
Step 1
The hour between 5:00 am and 6:00 am is known as the 'victory
hour'. We begin by dividing the hour into 20 minutes.
The first 20 minutes are dedicated to moving as if we are exercising, which would be a high-intensity workout. Then, only our energy and concentration increase to a high level while performing high-intensity exercises.
Our brain produces BDNF, the chemical that causes us to emerge. The research says that BDNF helps us to feel less stressed, strengthens our neurotrophic connections, and improves our aim and thinking abilities. While our compatriots sleep, our brains form new connections.
Next 20 minutes, we will think about our goals and analyze if they are
right or if we will meet them. If not, we will choose the wrong action and then
figure out how to change it to the correct one.
At this point, Robin Sharma says, 'Take a note'. Make a journal. Write down your goals and action steps on how you will achieve them. Then complete the task on that day.
If you don't know your goals, try yoga or
meditation. Having peace of mind means focusing on what you need to do.
When we're clear on our thoughts, we can make good decisions and accomplish all of them.
We will grow in the last 20 minutes. gain knowledge by reading books, watching motivational quotes, and learning new things. If you stick to these habits for a year, you'll gain a lot of new knowledge.
You've been taking action steps and exercising to reach your goals,
and you've gained new knowledge. Most individuals achieve success in their
lives by following the morning routine.
Step 2
Rabbinsharma says A twin cycle of elite performance
Mobile phones,
laptops, and TVs are prohibited until we go to bed in an hour. Because these
electronic items emit blue light, they won't help you sleep. Our usual routine
involves going to bed before reading books or spending time with our family and
kids.
Step 3
The four interior empires
We will distribute mindset, heart, health, and soul sets.
Robin Sharma says motivators share strategies and ideas that
are for improving our mindset only At the end of the day, we are the
decision-maker. That is very important
We frequently watch motivational videos and books, which
inspire our thoughts and inspire us to work with interest, but we only do real work sometimes which is the major problem.
When we feel happy while spending time with family and friends, we make good decisions. Otherwise, We cannot make the right decision if we have issues with family and friends.
So, a heart set is important when making
a decision.
If our health is not good, even with a healthy family and
friends and a well-established life, it is useless. Because having a healthy
lifestyle is essential for survival with our family, so health is very
important.
Ultimately, the soul set is more significant than the other
three because it allows us to live a healthy, prosperous life.
If we want a healthy soul, we will practice yoga,
meditation, spiritual life, and prayer. Once we achieve this, we will lead
better lives.
A self-care routine is very important, and we should always
follow it. We have to keep our body and mind clean and to keep them clean, we
have to bathe daily, and then we have to keep them clean from where we are and
our surroundings. By doing this regularly, we can make it a habit. Read good
books and listen to good affirmations to keep your mind pure.
To keep our minds happy, we can talk to our loved ones, and
if they are not there, we can call them and talk to them. When we do this, our
minds will be satisfied. Then we can keep our creativity and make some crafts
that will give us satisfaction.
Step 4
The habit installation procedure
Rabin Sharma states that it will take nine weeks to establish
new habits.
For the first three weeks, we will need to let go of our old habits and form new ones. This is a difficult step, but once we make the change, we will be able to update.
During this time, we will be distracted and unable to motivate ourselves but we have to do it. this phase, we cannot see any progress, so we become doubtful and angry and even want to give up, but we must complete this step.
The last three weeks are referred to as the integration
phase. This stage is relatively simple to go through since we have developed
these habits and enjoy doing them. If we continue to do the same thing
regularly, eventually that routine will turn into a habit.
This information was gathered from Rabin Sharma's 5 AM Club
and this is my brief book review.
